Armenia will appoint new ambassadors to France, Austria and Israel, Hraparak reported on Thursday.

In particular, Vigen Chitechyan, 77, is expected to be replaced by Hasmik Tolmajyan, Armenian ambassador to Switzerland.

The newspaper also has information that Arman Kirakosyan, Armenian ambassador to Austria will leave his position because of health problems for an easier job – he will become the head of the Genocide Museum.

According to Hraparak, Armen Smbatyan, former ambassador to Russia, will be appointed as ambassador to Israel (residence in Yerevan).

Earlier, this position was held by Armen Meklonyan, who was ambassador to Egypt simultaneously.
